I am looking to get a sleeve done but want the best artist in the area I can find. I will be a sleeve of all the things that I enjoy in lfe, so lots of free hand. Does anyone have any thoughts on who is a good artist in NE Pa? Any suggestions or recommendations will be appreciated.
NE PA any great artist?

Most tattooers will stencil on the majority of the sleeve, and then will draw on the background..
Also some of the work you see on the websites isn't updated,so it's best to look at the portfolios at the shop, and to have a consultation with the artists who's style you like..I may like an artists work, but if i don't feel comfortable with them,i won't get tattooed by them..That's why it's best to meet the artist in person to discuss your idea, and get a feel if they are into what you wan't.
