Need Help with Drawing

Hello Everyone! I am looking for someone to help me, My husband has a few tattoo's he would like to have a "Sleeve" soon. He is really into the Vampire/Goth faces and he is going to get a new one soon but he just wont go get any thing it takes him about a year once he starts to look. I keep joking to him that he should get a picture of me as a tattoo, and he laughs and says I dont look evil enough. Here is where I need help..... I have a profesional modeling picture of myself that I'd like someone to draw up and add some "evil" things and/or like fangs. I want it to still look like me. the artist doing the tattoo should be completely capable of doing this drawing for you. If an artist can't draw it, than they shouldn't tattoo it.
