Need referral

Hi guys, Long story short, I'm trying to finish up a parital sleeve, first part of it is 11 years old and needs to be retouched a little. Second part is 3 yrs old, and I'm not happy with the color in one of the two tat's, I'm hoping to find someone with some good retouching skills that can blend the colors a little more. Then I have a new design I need completed (design wise) and inked. Then I need the framework and vining inked to frame and connect four separate tat's into a coherent, but not to busy sleeve. The priority is to retouch the existing tats and do the design work on the fourth. I know retouching can me more difficult than fresh ink so I'm looking for a referal in the Knoxville area (or with in an hours drive).
