Need to find a Great Portrait Artist in Rhode Island !!!

I am looking for a GREAT Tattoo Artist in Rhode Island . My Brother - In - Law Passed on February 4TH of last Year . His Anniversary is coming up next month . I would like to honor him by Having an In Memory of Tattoo Done with his Face from a nice picture I have of him . Can you please point me in the right direction ? There isn't anyone i know of in RI,who does excellent portraits.. [email removed] does decent realistic work..And [email removed] To get the best work,you should go to an artist who specializes in reproduction work.. check out www.julimoon.com she does nice portraits.. And www.offthemaptattoo.com alway's has excellent tattooers doing guest spot's there..
