Need to find an artist

There was a show on TLC (or one of those other channels just like it) a while back and it was like a tattoo contest between two guys. One guy did a tiger shark and the other did a grizzly bear. Can somebody tell me the name of the guy who did the tiger shark? If I remember correctly the show said he was one of the best tattoo artists for doing ocean type tattoos & I would like to get in contact with him. I think he was from Florida but I could be wrong. Also could you tell me the name of the show if possible as well? Thanks in advance!!!
