Need to find an Artist

I have a friend who is returning home from North Carolina around October and upon returning they would like to find the Artist that did their first piece. Victor Whitehead, he used to be over at Paradox Studio of Dermagraphics in Las Vegas around 2005 time frame but that number is out of service and the studio no longer has a valid listing in the phone book. Does anyone know if he may still be in Las Vegas or where he can be located. Thanks ahead of time.
