NEEDS TO BE FIXED..........

I just had a tattoo done on my neck of a symbol for mother. I am dissapointed to say that it was done to hard and on an angle. Now I am left with a symbol that is surrounded by a perminnent bruise. (about the size of a penny) I am unsure as to what to do to fix it. I was wondering if I should get a circular symbol tattooed around it and keep the mother symbol in the middle? Maybe in white? Please help and give advice. I have a pic of the botched job if anyone is interested??
