Neo-Japanese Tattoo artist in Cali???

Hey everyone. I'm a lil new this site but I have really found alot of your guys input very helpful. It is great to see such a large community of tattoo lovers who truly appreciate the art and are so generous with their time to help others. Well, I'm looking to get a full sleeve done and I am very particular about it being within the Neo-Japanese style. I was just wondering if any of you guys could recommend some good artists here in California? And for those who may have experience with some artists, who you guys may think is the best and has the best reputation. Any info would be much appreciated. Thx.

Thanx for the suggestion. That guy Jess does amazing work. Kind of a bummer that he is book 2 years in advanced though. Considering the quality of work he does I'm sure it is worth it. Can anybody reccomend some others??
