New Tattoo/No ooze?

Quick question... I got my second tattoo (on my right arm) the other day and this one HAS NOT "oozed" at all. Is that normal? My first one (on my left arm) oozed stuff all over the place for the first day or two. Just wandering. Thank you for your help.

Depends on how the artist tattoos. Some artists have a real light hand and cause less trauma to the skin. Other factors could be in effect too, of course.
