new tattoo shop?

ive been wanting to open my own tattoo studio for many years, but just recently decided to act on it. I have one talented artist so far but i still am putting alot of thought into my plan. so that gives me alot of time to pick up a new artist, oh and the artist i already have has been close friends with me since we were in diapers so im not worried about him walking. I have an undying passion for tattoos, but i can hardly draw on paper let alone skin. So i would love any feedback, success stories (aside from Gabe lol), advice, anything. i know im gonna get it from both sides so please be honest. THANKS!
