New Tattoo Studio Seeks Financing Partner

I am looking for a partner to finance the construction of a small tattoo studio. To be paid back in full with percentage of monthly net profit after first year of operation. I must re-address Net Profit. Some partners may want a percentage of total gross revenue and this can bancrupt a business. I am not interested in becoming a millionaire and I don't speak greed. The investment will require a commitment to finanace only. I have been in the business for 12 years and know how to manage a tattoo studio. I will do the construction, managment, advertising and webadvertising, apparel, customer relations and hiring. The partner will only need to provide financial assistance for the construction and the first few months rent. At a point the studio is operational it will begin to cover it's own expenses then finally it will produce profit. If the partner has any skills that would be beneficial in the studio it may be necassary to renegotiate to provide further compensation to the partner. The partner will have a say in some things however, most shop decisions will be based on my experience in the business. The partner should be prepared to bring approx. $10,000 to the business.
