New to tattooing, advice?

OK, so I just ordered a tattoo gun in the mail, its coming with all the ink and everything I need. I watched a video on how to do tattoos, so once my kit arrives I'm all set. I've got about 15 people lined up for tattoos already, before I do my first one, Can anyone give me any advice, maybe a tip of the trade that might not have been in my video? Thanks guys!
