Nucular Portland Radioactive Fallout

I need someone who can design a badass image of a huge badass mushroom cloud behind the city of portland. I also want a radioactive touch and fallout feel to the peice. I want it to have a similar feel to jesse smiths "apocolyptic zombie sleeve". Not the same images, but a similar look overall with a large variety of color and detail.
