i have a tattoo that i got 2 years ago and all of a sudden late last year early this year it started itching and swelled up kinda bad, its a star so only the tips are swollen, they almost look like blisters! any ways if any one knows how i can decrease the swelling or some kinda tip would be great!! ~mona~
