Opening an Tattoo Parlor

I am a business minded individual with a degree, and love the art of Tattoo. I want to open an Tattoo Parlor and hire two Artist to start with. Getting ready to visit Small Business Admin to help with Business Plan and meeting for a Loan. I need to know about how much money to ask for from the Bank to help get it open. Have a great location where there are 4 Sports Bars in the strip and Plaza is full all the time. Looked into all supplies that are needed and the cost of Furniture, and office supplies, cleaning supplies, Ink, Needles, and ect. But what is a good number to put down for about monthly, or yearly cost that I have to have to get a loan? Thanks, Katina
