my husband served during oif and oef. he choose an eagle with its arms wrapped around the country of iraq. iraq is colored as a tattered american flag and with a a small extra star where iraq is. It took 2 years for him to come up with this. To him it symbolizes freedom, memories of what he saw and his service. Good luck! and thank you for your service. I love my freedom.
