i agree 100%, this scooter libby debacle is just the latest in criminal acts committed by this president and he deserved to get impeached a long time ago. you can impeach a president for getting head but real offenses don't really matter i guess...

Under the constitution he obviously can be impeached. It reads that impeachable offenses are "treason, bribery, or other high crimes and misdemeanors" as it pertains to the executive branch. He is obviously guilty of treason and high crimes and misdemeanors could be argued, but their definition is obviously vague. He is also guilty of war crimes as the US has signed the UN Convention Against Torture. Obviously, he should be executed, as should the rest of his staff for these crimes, but the fact that the Republicans and the Democrats are all born from the same shit eating inbred elitist assholes makes them virtually indistinguishable. I.e. "we must stay the course!" vs "Well we were so fucking stupid we agreed to go to war, but now we feel duped! But we won't impeach him!" But as gabe will attest that doesn't even matter in the valley because the green party always wins. (easthampton is located in the little white block in massachusetts ;) )
