Painful Itchy (Hard) Bump Under My Tattoo

Please help!!!!!! i got this tattoo 9 months ago along with 3 others but my tattoo on my left wrist now has a hard bump under it just around the outline of the tattoo it is very itchy. almost feels like something sharp is in it trying to come out what could this be (impurities in the pigment) maybe

i am currently having this problem, but its a bunch of small painful bumps under a tattoo that i got back in july of 09. They hurt like hell and are very noticeable, they arent ingrown hairs or anything like that, some type of liquid comes out of these bumps, and im pretty worried about it, ive never had a condition like this on a tattoo, i have 8 of them right now. I only replied just because it sounds like the same thing that im dealing with and if anybody posts a response i would like to know the answer as well.

I got a tattoo over a year ago, and had it touched up around six months ago. I had no problems with the healing process either time. It's writing on the inside of my wrist. Now itchy bumps have appeared, but only where there is ink, nowhere around it. It started off as just two, now there are 4 or 5. (that apppear "juicy" for lack of a better word, but haven't popped or oozed anything yet) These are small, almost smaller than a pimple. I'm concerned that I've done something to cause this, but haven't used anything on my skin that is out of the ordinary. It's my first tattoo and I would hate for the experience to end badly!
