Panther (Custom) - NJ/NYC area

I am looking for an artist with a great imagination and artistic abilities as I lack both. This probably is not a frequent request, but the artist must be able to work with me online or through other means of communication as far as the design of the tattoo goes. I understand why many artists would be hesitant with a request like this and am willing to work with the artist if a deposit is necessary. I am originally from the northern NJ/NYC area and am in the Army (currently stationed in Kansas) and am coming home around October 13th. Ideally, I would like to get the tattoo done prior to October 16th. This tattoo would be covering up one that I already have on my right forearm. My idea for the new tattoo is a panther, which I think should be good for a cover up since it's mostly black. I've attached a picture of one I found online that I like. The main reason I like this one is because of the cat's stance. Some ideas I've had about this if I get something similar is having it stretch out bigger so it covers most of the forearm, darker and more detailed (in hopes of giving it a more realistic look rather than looking like it's from a cartoon), having it face the wrist instead of backwards (not sure if this is possible because the cat has a bigger upper body and the wrist gets smaller), and maybe a little less ferocious looking. These are just my thoughts as to what I think may improve it, however, since my imagination is subpar, the artist will have great flexibility to work with. I haven't given backgrounds much thought, however, I think this would look better without any background work as I am trying to make it stand out. One thing of note is my skin is darker than the person in the attached image, so I'm not sure how the whites, if any, in the design would work. Please let me know if any artists are willing to work with me on this one; I'd love to have the design done prior to traveling home. I have a picture of the tattoo I want to cover up and can email it to the artist if my condition of working from a distance is acceptable. By the way, even if you are not the artist to do this job or don't know one who would, I would love this community's feedback and any suggestions as to what may improve the tattoo. Also, if I am missing any information in here that may help match me with the right artist, please let me know. Thanks much, SD
The panther would make a great piece to cover up something. Also, you can add some dark green, light green, brown trees/shrubbery as the background.
