Places to get tattooed?

I know exactly what I want... it's a sketching Galileo did of the Pleiades constellation. I'm getting it done on my foot and it's got some pretty tiny work. It's my first tattoo so I want to make sure I go to the right place- get it done right. I've been going all over for quotes and looks like it'll be between $80-120. I don't mind paying the higher price if it's done right. Does anyone have any suggestions of where to go in the Santa Maria/Pismo Beach/San Lois Obispo area? I've been to Deep Blue, Dark Cloud, The Upper Room, Mothership, and Tiger Rose. Both Dark Cloud and The Upper Room look like they do a fantastic job with tiny detail. If you don't know of a place in particular, is there anything I should look for when I first walk in? Thanks!

I had my first tattoo done this Summer at Dark Cloud in Santa Maria. My daughter (1st tattoo) and son (one of many!!) had theirs done at the same time. Black Cloud's attention to detail, placement and suggestions is SUPERIOR. We received so many positive comments that we went back for more. I wouldn't go anywhere else. The artists are professional, the shop clean and sanitary and the vibe is relaxing and "at home." Can't beat the prices either. My son had his first tattoo's done in Los Angeles (famous artist) and paid lots of money. Dark Cloud did just as good work at a fraction of the price. You will not be disappointed.
