someone please design a tattoo for me i want it on my back because i have about 4..... 5cm scars on my back near the bottom i want someone to design a tattoo that will blend in with the scars like a dragon and make it look like the dragon has scrached me or something like that someone lease help me.........

Find a good artist...thats their JOB!!!
Demanding this way won't get you far in life brotha.
Look for a good custom artist in your town, check their rates.
In the end you get what ya pay for (usually) ...
