please help me?

I just got a tattoo on my side, I have my whole back done and 7 others. This tattoo , after i got it, swelled up really badly. I hear that this is normal for this spot. The only other one that I have that did this is my foot which is normal. Well it has been a week and the swelling is down but about an inch under the actual tattoo there is a blue tint to the skin. Due to the swelling I assumed that this was a bruise , but it has not yet gone away or faded or turned any other color. I have about the same color ink in my tattoo. Is it possible for ink to float under your skin to a different spot that fare from the tattoo it self? has anyone ever seen this? No it is not a blow out, I know what those are( unfortunately).Help me please, thanks.

Go back to your artist, and if he doesn't know, go to a doctor.
