Hello All ... I'd like to find the best portrait artist on the North East Coast... Recently my 19 yr old daughter lost the fight for her life, she had Cystic Fibrosis... I wish to memorialize her with a portrait tattoo. I am looking for someone capable to capture her image with perfection... Anyone with suggestions of who the artist should be ??? Please contact me.
