Possible Infection

I just got a tattoo on my lower left inside forearm this last friday. This is my fourth tattoo. I think this one may be infected slightly. I had been washing it with hot and soapy water, which was no problem until I got home and was using my soap at home, which after reading a few posts I realize was dial. It burned real bad last night like really bad sunburn. After washing it last night, I put a&d ointment on it and elevated it above my head, which helped with the pain. I would contact my tattoo artist but she left for bermuda tuesday for two weeks. This problem is my own dumbass fault for not taking proper care of it. I have also been occasionally spraying it with bactine cleansing spray (i didn't ask my artist before using). I woke up this morning and my tattoo had a weird film over it, but only over the tattoo. It appears that the skin is still flaking normally, but under the film there are pockets of goo, which I am not sure is pus or the a&d ointment I put on last night. The tatt is warm to the touch but not hot. I am concerned over this and any advice is welcome. Yes I will stop using dial and get ivory or another mild soap.
