I'm looking for the best price/safest place to go for a wallet sized rose tattoo on my back right shoulder in the St. Louis or county area. Any advice would be helpful.

Best thing you can do is grab a phone book and get a list of the shops that are closest to you. Then when you have the time simply go to those shops and speak with the artist(s). You will get a better idea of what you are looking for and want just by doing that....I know this is a pretty in general answer but I hope it helps. Only my opinion....J @ Painted Angel Studios
