Questions about a tattoo business

A friend of mine is opening a shop, he already has the artists and alt he basics. He wants to set up touchscreen monitors or maybe just regular monitors(pcs) for customers to be able to look through designs. Hs anyone known of this setup being done before. We would like to setup a server database of the desings and just be able to have the customers access it that way. any suggestions would be welcome, thanks in advance.
savage magazine had a full blown article on this a couple months back. i woul highly recomened trying to get it.it discussed almost what you are talking about but one of the options (if i remember correctly) was that the customer could do a almost copy and paste deal to design there own custom tattoo. it was pretty cool.i do recall that one of the better options with it was the client interaction on being able to design there own tattoo. check it out i would go and get back issues of 4 to 6 months and you should be able to find it.unless someon has the issue and could give you the mag edition number and such. now i have to go punch in those damm numbers to post this
just put all your flash in a folder on your desktop . click view as slideshow , set how many seconds to rotate . done . customers can even use the left and right arrows on the keyboard to control . hook up the copy machine and your rollin . i don`t personally use it this way but my portfolio is set up this way and my customers watch it all day long . besides , it keeps their greasy mits off of my real portfolio .
