I'm looking for a professional and talented tattoo artist in Northern Jersey. I would prefer someone that specializes in custom pieces and is willing to brainstorm with you on a piece. Most importantly I'm looking for someone who regularly or has extensive experience in tattooing dark skin. I'm black so I need an artist who is experienced with darker complexions.
