Removing Letters

I have a heart with letters in and I want the letters removed or can it be colored in or reshaped.

lasers nowadays are accurate enough to take names out of banners so I would imagine, that you could get your letters lightend and then colored over. contact your local custom tattoo artist to see what they think in your particular situation
