Rib Tattoo.

I'm getting my first tattoo soon. It's going to be in the shape of a heart on my ribs by my bra line and say "diamonds are made under pressure." Any advice before I go? As far as pain, I know it will hurt. But I'm getting it in honor of my uncle, and so I'm not worried about pain. I mean more about what to expect and healing time, if I'll need to wear loose clothing, etc.

your artist should tell you all the aftercare guidelines. and yes, i would wear loose clothing after its done. and dont be retarded and go get it unprepared. bring something suitable to get tattooed in. and for God's sake sit still and dont flinch.
