In about a month I'm gettin my first tattoo on my ribcage. Everyone including the tattoo artist I'm going to is advising me to get something else does first, but it's the only place I want a tattoo. I'm sure that I can handle the pain, but everyone else thinks I cant. Should I take nething before it? Like ib profen or anything? Help Please :)

why does everyone always want the easy way out?
earn your ink, don't take anything. suck it up. i have 15 hours over 4 sessions on mine and wouldn't trade it for the world, great experience. it doesn't hurt that bad.
