Rookie Question

I know it varies, I know. But can somebaody please give me an IDEA how much a tatoo would cost (9"x4" in black). I am just looking for SOME idea of costs on this. A ballpark figure would help greatly!

Hey, you gotta start somewhere, right? Ideally, what you want to do is hit the tattoo shops that you have in mind to do the job and talk to them. Make sure it's a good shop and ask them about your idea. Some shops will give you a flat rate upfront, and others charge by time and will tell you the shop rate (which on average is between $100-$150 per hour, but still varies depending on artist).
