Rough Estimates

I was wondering if I could email a artist a photo of the design i want to get and get feedback on about how much I am going to be spending, I am wanting to know how much I have to save up. Thanks

Some artists will some won't some want to see you in person.

Who's the artist? Can we see the image? Most folks wont quote over email, many on TattooNOW can give you a rough rough estimate...
