scarification from tattoo laser.

when i was 17 i had a bad coverup done on me. i opted to get tattoo removal. i have gotten about 5 laser sessions, at this point it lightened up enough for me to get a tattoo over it. (i went to a reputable place this time) the thing is i have alot of rising spots from the removal. theres some spots where it is rising and color won't take so my tattoo artist has to constantly go over it. and each time color would take more, but the rising from the "OLD COVER UP" is still there. i've tried mederma bio oil and all that stuff. i was wondering what i could do about it. this was right after everything: http://yfrog.com/9d31535139420264941010624j i'ive gone over it twice already. here was what was under my tattoo from several laser sessions. http://yfrog.com/ndlorenbefore4j
