scars in general

Just adding to a similar post today about surgical scars. I was wondering if you can go over scars at all. will the ink take? i would imagine that keloid scars probably aren't doable but what about regular scars?

Can someone please help me out here? i have a scar from a burn about the size of a quarter near my elbow and would like to know if this is going to be a problem as i am going to be getting a 3/4 sleeve done within the year. any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks

ask the guy doing your sleeve, some people won't, depends on the scar tissue
