schools

hay my name is Anthrosen and am looking to go to school in oregon (app. are not allowed in oregon )i do have a machine and at the present time am only tattoing my self if that makes me a scratcher sorry, now most of you say get an app. over school and thats the only way to go. so should i move to anther state to get an app. or go to a chool here in Or id like your advice
