hi,i´m looking for the meaning of borneo rose,but the explains that i have found are very generals.can somebody help me,pleeeeeeeaase. excuse my extremly simple english :)

the traditional definition of the borneo rosette: it was applied on warriors as an identifying mark it also signified journey, as one who has journied beyond their tribe there are other schools of thought that the swirl in the center of the rosette is an extrapolation of the eye of the stylized mythical dog (also a traditional tattoo for the calf or forearm, i believe), which is a symbol for protection against the evil eye. you can google "borneo rose" or borneo rosette tattoo for more info or examples.
