Seattle area tattoo artists

I was wondering if anyone knew any reputable tattoo artists in or around the Seattle area. I myself live in Bremerton (Kitsap County), but can easily take the ferry across to Seattle. What I'm looking for is someone who can do great (but not astronomically overpriced) sleeve work (I'm thinking of getting a half sleeve). I have a general idea of the theme of the sleeve, but would need some pretty strong artistic guidance in getting something that would look cool. Thanks for all of the help. Brian
