Shige

I'm trying to get work done from shige and I sent him an email about 2.5 weeks ago and have still not yet recieved a response.Has anyone had experience getting work done and can shed some light on the best ways to contact him or if u haven't some other ideas or knowledge of have how to contact him.thanks

Lucky you're right in NYC; I've heard about Shige doing guest spots at Paul Booths place, so if I were you, I'd get in touch with Paul and go from there.

there's alot of incredibly talented artists in the NYC area. i would talk to the people at NY Adorned, as well as Kings Avenue Tattoo in Long Island. Granted, i would cut off my arm and glue it to my forehead to get Shige to tattoo me but there's alot of kick ass artists here who can do amazing stuff.

i'm aware of most of the NYc artists that do awesome stuff, but honestly i have shige as the artist set in my mind, and i wouldn't want to go to someone that i didn't truely want just because of convienance.

i hear ya, i've also emailed Shige numerous times with no response, also his website says he's not accepting any appointments as well currently. convenience doesn't mean much in the long run with permanence, i was lucky to find an artist who understood what i wanted and had the talent to make it happen.

no one on this forum has any experience with shige?
