Do any of y'all know any tattoo shops on the Eastern Shore of Maryland with good reputations, like a shop that stands out. I'm also looking for a shop that can do tattoos on teenagers like under 18 but with parent consent. I know a couple will do it, but others won't. My dad got a tattoo at Wind Chimes Tattoo, it looked good, but they started dealing drugs out of the shop and there was a rumor going around that they were reusing needles. So thanks for the help y'all.
