I would appreciate some help from the experts. I have seen many tattoos on friends and they say they asked for a black tattoo. To me some of them look blue rather than black. Is this from an individuals pigment or was it the artists choice of ink? I am light skinned and want a black and grey tattoo. I don't like the blue look. Also - Any recomendations on a artist or tattoo shop in Las Vegas? Thanks

well, unless these said friends have slightly blue skin, I'd say it's the ink, and not their skin pigment. usually the cheaper end of black inks will get that blueish look to them as the tattoo ages. just be sure to ask the artist about what ink they use, and tell them about your blueish tint fear. all you have to do is ask.
