Sleeves!

Hey all, I got a whole lot of random tattoos on my arms and am looking for a way to join them into sleeves. My tattoo artist is keen but he can't really figure out a way to join them all together yet. Just wondering if anyone else had the same dilemma and if they found a way to solve the problem? Any suggestions would be great. :)
