Solid Black Skull.. that I hate.

I got a tattoo of a skull and crossbones on my inner wrist over a year ago.. while I was drunk. Not good right? Well of course I regret it, I'm definitely not the kind of girl to have a skull on her! Can someone please help me out with what I could turn it into? A butterfly I'm thinking.. or maybe a flower or something.. anything.. just not this! I can send pictures! Any help would be appreciated!
