strech marks on upper and lower arm

i have thin strech marks on my upper to lower arm from being over weight in my younger days im 28 years old now and i want to cover them up .im sick of hiding my arms with 3/4 in sleved shirts it gets very hot in bakersfield,ca and im sick of wearing long sleeves in 102 deg weather so my question is can i cover them with a sleeve they are very thin marks ...help
