Any qualified artist should have no problem doing that for you. I really have no idea who to recommend in India, but I would imagine that there are quite some good ones since India produces some amazing art work as it is, and one of my favorite tattoo artists comes from Indai (Anil Gupta). I would look around to the shops that have good reputations in your area and discuss the idea with the artists there, or if you're planning a trip to another part of the world to get it done, let us know and perhaps someone here (cough, cough, Gabe, cough) would know someone in that area.
