tatoo colour + light effect

I have an idea for a tatoo and i would like to know if you guys think if that is possible.. I would like to do a tatoo in a specific colour that depending of that light that u are, the tatoo becames more "viseble". At first i thought about using a metallic colour similar to the colour of my skin, so this effect could happen. However, i don't think that the metallic colour are a easy thing to find or even secure....
