Yeah, That's an aserisk, otherwise known as a star in the dictonary. The Red Hot Chillie Peppers use it as a means to anounce their feeling of "stardom" or "acheivment of becoming known" If you look at any of their much earlier C.D.s they didnt have that as their symbol, Much of it was sketches and old flyer charaters , Stuff like that. But, after getting a bit known, they started using the aserisk. hope i could be a little help. Pugs138
