Tattoo artist looking for work in Philly !!!!!

My name is Will I'v been tattooing on and off since i was 16. I started with just a needle then went to home made machine and about a year and a half ago i bought my self a tattoo kit i have built myself a portfolio. I'v had watch my Grand pop and Father tattoo through out my younger years this has been my dream my whole life. I have watch tattoo artist at several different shops, for about 3 years now. I'v have done my fair share of grudge work and i feel my work is worthy of a chance. I would like to show you my work in picture and in person.
