tattoo artisted needed in australia for a design

hey guys im looking for a great artist to design me a sleave, i have omi ni ma padme hum scripture on my forearm an want to incoorperate it into a japannese wave style on my shoulder and it murges into and lady buddah sitting in peace with tore fabric around her i also want her to be holding my tat on my foreman like shes bringing in the harmony and relising it with her other hand... will pay good money for the right design, havent found any good ones yet that i truly want hope theres some1 here who can help me x
