Tattoo Close To Skin Color

Hi There, I am currently designing with a tattoo artist a chamelon that almost blends in with my skin. As if has crawled on me and changed to my color. I'm fairly pale and I am curious - Does anyone have any advice about colors? I'd like it almost to be closer to almost not there - but when you take a second and closer look there is a detailed tattoo. Any advice would be highly appreciated.

Thanks for the name. I just checked out the site. However, I'm hoping to go in to my appointment as prepared as possible. Are there colours, excluding white, that I could suggest? I want the tattoo almost transparent but obviously a little darker than my skin to suggest the chamelon has adapted to my body? Any color suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
