Tattoo Cover/Redo

Hello, I got a tattoo that i originally drew up. Unfortunately, i did not draw it all at once, in fact it is still only half done. It is a green serpent in a Celtic tribal like design. I was curious as to if i could get it covered up by a black spike tribal serpent, if the artist was good enough. Thank You

Most tattoos can be covered. it depends on the tatt that's being covered, the new one and the artist. Look at the artist before and after work, if you can still see lines or some of the old tatt through it you might wanna find another artist. the darker the old tatt the harder it is to cover
